If you are in need of a device, we're here to help. Our program provides devices at no cost to people facing digital exclusion due to systemic barriers or life circumstances.

The device we give you will not be particularly good. Something is better than nothing. Please only request a device if you have absolutely no device (laptop or tablet) at all.

We are always limited by what we have in stock. All of this is donated. We do not get paid to do this and aren't receiving any grants.
We will take referrals from any relevant professionals. Some examples are:
There is flexibility on what a "relevant professional" can be, but we do not take referrals directly from the public.
Once this bar is cleared, look at what's available and have them email us from their work email with the following:
Because our clientele are by definition vulnerable, and we do not have any training or certifications for dealing with that group, please have someone else pick up the equipment.
Limit one per person for tablets/laptops.
If your request is granted, we will provide some proposed timeframes for pickup. The site is in Bundoora. We do not currently have the ability to deliver or mail equipment except in bulk.
We have major concerns about the confiscation of phone chargers with long cables in psychiatric inpatient units. Once we have the resources we will happily provide ligature-safe chargers at whatever scale we can.
